Georgia Tech is 9-2 and currently has an 8% probability of playing in the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte, NC! Many of you have suggested that you would like to travel to Charlotte if Tech makes it. There’s a long way to go, but hotel rates are rising due to a national cheerleading tournament and other holiday events in town that weekend, so SerVacations has done all the legwork for a potential trip so that you don’t have to!
Reserve your spot with a fully refundable deposit of $100pp. If Tech does not make it to the game, you will receive a prompt refund and you can choose to keep your hotel reservation or cancel it yourself up until 72 hours before check-in. If Tech clinches, your payment method will automatically be charged for the balance.
As is the case with most of our tours, you have the option to drive or fly on your own to meet us in Charlotte, but we will also be offering deluxe roundtrip bus transportation from Atlanta for only $120pp! (see below)
All guests driving themselves or flying should plan on arriving at the hotel by 3pm on Thursday, December 4th so that they can settle into the hotel and be ready to depart for the welcome Holiday Dinner Show event at 5pm.
We will also be offering deluxe roundtrip transportation from Atlanta for only $120pp including free overnight parking! Fans can relax and leave the driving to us, and begin cheering on the Jackets together as we ramble up to North Carolina! Your ticket includes a BBQ lunch stop at one of South Carolina’s favorite barbecue restaurants, and a pay as you go bowl-selection show party when we return around 1pm on Sunday. Plus we’ll be doing Georgia Tech trivia on the way over for extra raffle tickets to win autographed memorabilia and Georgia Tech prizes.

If you are interested in staying at the Marriott on Wednesday or Sunday night to avoid waking up early or driving at night, we have arranged a discounted rate of Wed-$149, Sun-$119 to stay at the Marriott.
After arriving on Thursday afternoon, enjoy a delicious holiday meal and the most fun Christmas show ever! Guaranteed snowfall at every performance. See your favorite Christmas scenes, enjoy your favorite Christmas songs. Then watch in wonder as they present the REAL Christmas story with live animals and amazing special effects.
Enjoy a leisurely pace for breakfast and depart around 10AM for free time in uptown Charlotte. Your tour package includes tour passes and unlimited race simulator passes at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. For lunch on your own, enjoy one of many downtown restaurants, the museum’s cafe, or the in house Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar where you can stay up to date on Bowl Predictions.
Make sure to try your hand at the race simulators. We always hear from the wives that they enjoyed learning about the history of NASCAR and all the racing teams as much as, if not more than their husbands, but that the best part was going head to head against them on the simulators.
Before or after the Hall of Fame you can explore more of uptown including shops and other museums or galleries before boarding the bus to return to the hotel and freshen up before tonight’s special event.
After returning to the hotel to freshen up, visit Charlotte’s famous Billy Graham Library and Boyhood Home to enjoy a homemade Southern feast followed by horse-drawn carriage rides (included), strolling under twinkling Christmas lights, a live nativity scene, and a self-guided tour of the museum.
Enjoy shopping at Ruth’s Attic Bookstore, savor homemade ice cream & cookies at the Dairy Bar, and experience the joy of Christmas!
