Description
Shelby - this section would be used as a catchy tour description, but I wanted to use it right now to describe to you next steps.
Please enjoy looking at the different stops on this proposed itinerary and record any thoughts or questions you may have. We can remove certain experiences if you wish. The main thing to decide is whether to do 1 or 2 Nights. Prices are just an estimate for now, but are approximately $499 and $699 respectively per person based on 1 Adult & 1 Child and include hotel, included meals, attractions, tax, and driver/waiter gratuities. Larger families would obviously be less per person as they will be sharing hotel room/s, up to 4 per room.
The payment schedule would be a non-refundable $50 pp deposit due on or before December 1st. Three remaining equal payments would be auto-billed to their credit cards in Jan, Feb, and March. There would be a required minimum participation of 20 people by December 1st or the trip will be canceled and deposits will be refunded.
If you don’t think this itinerary suits your group, let me know that as well, I won’t be offended. Once you and I decide on a plan to proceed, I will be contacting the tour director that I have in mind and hone in on exact pricing for you.
