Description
Georgia Tech has had an amazing season under the leadership of Coach Brent Key & ACC Player of the Year QB Haynes King! They have earned a spot in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl, and SerVacations has done all the legwork arranging a potential trip so that you don’t have to! Fly or drive to Charlotte and we take care of the rest with discounted room block, deluxe transportation, sightseeing, meals, parties, and sideline club-level tickets w/access to a climate controlled lounge in case it’s chilly. Big games are so much more fun when you party with superfans like yourself who love Georgia Tech football.
Because our reserved ticket block is going fast, you will need to commit to the trip by tomorrow Monday, December 8th at 11:59PM. If we achieve the minimum participation of 20 people, you will be auto-billed on Wednesday. If we do not, you will be notified on Tuesday morning by text and phone so that you can make other plans.
All guests driving themselves or flying should plan on arriving at the hotel by 3pm on Wednesday, December 31st so that they can settle into the hotel and be ready to depart for the New Year’s Eve Party! The $119/night discounted hotel block link will be in your confirmation email right when you book this trip. You can make your reservation immediately. If the tour does achieve minimum participation, you may still keep your discounted hotel room for your own use or choose to cancel it up until 48hrs before checkin.
We are considering offering deluxe roundtrip transportation from Atlanta to Charlotte leaving from the Marriott Peachtree Corners in Norcross for $120per person including a BBQ lunch near Greenville on the way over. You will be asked at booking if you are interested in this option, and if there is sufficient demand, we will notify you on Tuesday that it will proceed, and offer it as an add-on.

Enjoy a leisurely pace for breakfast and depart around 10AM for free time in uptown Charlotte. Your tour package includes tour passes and unlimited race simulator passes at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. For lunch on your own, enjoy one of many downtown restaurants, the museum’s cafe, or the in house Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar where you can stay up to date on Bowl Games and predictions for our big game.
Make sure to try your hand at the race simulators. We always hear from the wives that they enjoyed learning about the history of NASCAR and all the racing teams as much as, if not more than their husbands, but that the best part was going head to head against them on the simulators.
Before or after the Hall of Fame you can explore more of uptown including shops and other museums or galleries before boarding the bus to return to the hotel and freshen up before tonight’s special event.
